The company Antares Technology was founded in 2022. as a result of vision CEO & Founder, Nikola Rađenović, to utilize extensive experience in relations with the Government, local, regional and international key accounts and initiate, gradually, changes through building regional and then international business connections. As a result of these activities, a network of innovators, investors, consulantes and suppliers was created.

Structure and geography of continuously growing and developing network, during the time positioned Antares Technology, in a way, as a bridge between East and West.

Our company work systematically in the Western Balkans region to raise awareness of the necessity for transition to more sustainable transport models, especially in urban areas. The founding of the company was preceded by the work of an entrepreneurial company that was engaged in detailed theoretical and empirical studies of all areas and types of circular economy in urban transport such as ride hailing, car, van and micro mobility sharing. With establishing the partnership with the global sharing company Electric life rides, the entrepreneurial company has been transformed into a limited liability company and is named after a star that is the embodiment of fundamental transformation and reaching non-standard goals. During the previous three years, the goals was changing along the clients needs, but the focus remained the same – to make everyday life sustainable.
